Mr. Salladay is an Idaho native and graduate of the University of Idaho, earning his undergraduate degree in 1973 and his Juris  Doctor in 1976.  

He spent almost 2 years with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's office, gaining invaluable litigation experience before entering the general practice of law.

Lance spent the past 34 years representing clients interests in a broad spectrum of legal matters.

Experience

Mr. Salladay has over 34 years of experience representing clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters, from complex environmental and personal injury litigation to commercial disputes, business (partnership, LLC & corporation) formation and counseling, wills and probate, family law, and numerous miscellaneous areas.  He is also an experienced Mediator, certified by the Idaho Supreme Court with substantial experience negotiating, problem solving and working through confrontational and emotional issues.

Lance understands that effectively and efficiently working through the legal system can be a challenging process.  He works closely with and listens to clients, to understand their issues and concerns in an effort to effectively resolve their problems and he takes the time to explain available options.
